Board does not start and cannot be programmed via JTAG?
In this case the power supply should be checked.
The coils should have the following voltages: 5 V, 3.3 V and 1.8 V.
The ground can be established with one of the DVI/HDMI sockets.
If the voltages are too low or not present at all, this is a defect.
Does the USB initialization have a sequence?
The USB ports on the remote side have a certain order* in which they are initialized.
This can be helpful for USB problems.
