DP to HDMI adapter (UHD)
Basically DP to HDMI adapters also seem to work in UHD.
According to the specification, the HDMI cable must be suitable for this (HDMI 2.0 Premium High Speed 18GBp's), but UHD also works with normal High Speed cables.
Not every adapter works properly!
Examples of adapters

This adapter works perfectly
2) "Ucouso - UD-A03H2"
The adapter crashes the Extender when plugged in, but it works
PS2 to USB Adapter
These only work with the USB Compatibility Mode.
Tested adapter:
StarTech PS22USB - PS2 to USB Adapter (such adapters are no longer available)
ATTENTION: However, errors or malfunction may occur here as well!
